Scented Images Ltd.'s philosophy for fundraising is to offer a high quality product at a reasonable price to encourage your patrons to look forward to the next time they are approached by your group or organization with a Scented Images Ltd. fundraiser. We also offer an affiliate program in which any candles ordered in the future, outside of the organized fundraiser, will still reap profits for your group or organization. When the purchaser uses a specific identifier supplied by Scented Images Ltd. to you, a predetermined portion of the sale will be credited to your account and paid on a quarterly basis. In other words, you make money even after the fundraiser is over.
Scented Images Ltd. devotes extra time and attention to insure our candles not only perform to the highest standards but are aesthetically appealing as well. Scented Images Ltd. uses only the finest ingredients in the handcrafted production of each and every container candle we make. Special care is taken to both mix and pour at precise temperatures to make certain quality is evident in every candle to provide a clean burn, excellent scent and an elegant look for a total candle experience.
Here's how it works...
Step One - Ordering
Scented Images Ltd. provides each participating member of your group or organization an order form, picturing the candles and listing all available scents. Orders are taken for a predetermined period with payment made at the time of order. Checks should be made payable to your group or organization. All individual order forms are then turned into your fundraising coordinator.
Step Two - Submit Orders and Payment
Individual order forms are transferred to the Master Order Form and returned via mail to Scented Images Ltd. along with a cashiers check or money order for the total minus your predetermined percentage of profit. You receive your funds before the candles are even delivered.
Step Three - Deliver Candles
Candles are delivered to you within three weeks of Scented Images Ltd. receiving the order. Your fundraising coordinator can distribute candles for delivery to your patrons.
An added benefit of Scented Images Ltd. is the ability to customize labels specific to your group or organization. Our design department will work with you to finalize a label that meets your needs or states a specific message for your group or organization.
